Founded in 2017, College EsportsX focuses on providing strategic insights and services to non-endemic and endemic brands and hosting esports events for the collegiate market. We have become a global thought-leader helping partners enter and navigate the collegiate esports space and help them to create authentic experiences.
The College Esports Expo provides an international platform to connect critical leaders, insights, and conversations regarding esports industry trends, competitive esports programs, curriculum development, player health and performance, content creation, sponsorships, technology and career advancement
We are the first global conference to focus exclusively on college esports industry's growth, enrichment, development, and monetization. We serve a wide range of stakeholders from students seeking competitive gaming programs and career opportunities, as well as educators and brands seeking insight into the competitive gaming industry.
HISTORICAL DATA
“Events like CEX can help drive more opportunities for college students to engage with esports”
“Events like this are great …to have people who are all dealing with the same issues together in one room is extremely important”
“If you don’t have participation, and I don’t just mean women, I mean if you don’t have people of color, if the queer kids aren’t coming to your club, now is the time where you really have to stop and think about that…these types of experiences are important”
“Having a partnership with a professional organization so the students can see who can help them network in the space is crucial to the growth of our organization.”
“The industry is so new and the infrastructure is still being built out. It requires all of us being in the same room to have the conversations that form what the industry will be like and if it wasn’t for events like this then we wouldn’t have this opportunity”
” CEX was worth coming all the way down from Canada. It’s always refreshing to meet people you’ve never met in person.”
